Looking for a place to gather? Both At The Oaks and The Cottage House are available for private events, workshops, meeting and celebrations of all kinds.
The Cottage House
Exclusive use of The Cottage House, a charming detached 15’ × 24’ private space with its own entrance and a cozy fenced front yard. Set up to seat 18-24 guests, but the space is flexible based on your event.
Monday - Thursday
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. | $75 per hour
2-hour minimum reservation
Friday - Saturday
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. | $100 per hour
2-hour minimum reservation
At the Oaks Coffee House
Exclusive use of At the Oaks Coffee House, including the cottage house and outdoor patio seating.
Monday - Thursday
5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. | $2000
6 p.m. to 10 p.m. | $3000
Friday - Saturday
$500 per hour
2-hour minimum reservation
Sunday
